Google Tag Manager installation guide
- Open the site's install panel and choose Google Tag Manager. Download its per-site template.
- In a Web container choose Templates → Tag Templates → New → menu → Import, then select analyticfast.tpl. Inspect the code and its exact loader URL permission, then save.
- Add one tag using the template. Use All Pages with once-per-page firing and the consent settings appropriate for your site. Do not add history-change pageview tags.
- Preview on your public website, then publish the container. Open the site and click Verify installation in AnalyticFast.
Remove any separate script/npm/plugin installation. The template downloads a public loader, which adds the tracker with its Site ID attribute. GTM's script-load success does not prove ingestion succeeded. CSP must allow the analytics host in script-src and connect-src. The template never receives your API key or webhook secret.
